Arneece Bio
BIO / Arneece Maynard
Arneece is a Creative Producer and Production Manager with extensive experience bringing bold ideas to life across film, branded content, experiential events, and live productions. From L’Oréal and Kiehl’s to Google , Newman’s Own, and the NYC Mayor’s Office, Arneece brings creativity, strategy, personality, and a little production magic to every project, keeping the vision bold, the details tight, and somehow making the impossible happen on schedule.
Bronx born and built with a “Find a Way or Make One” mentality, Arneece Maynard is a proud Clark Atlanta University alumna who also holds a master’s degree from Full Sail University. She pairs her formal education with years of real world experience that has taught her just as much as the classroom.
Arneece’s career lives at the intersection of creativity and execution. Her experience spans entertainment, advertising, experiential, and live events, with work connected to Showtime, Hulu, Lifetime, and BET. From the first creative conversation to the final deliverable, she knows how to take a big idea and figure out exactly what it takes to make it real. Whether she is building a crew, managing talent, overseeing logistics, solving an eleventh hour problem, or making an ambitious vision work within an equally ambitious budget, Arneece finds a way forward.
Her approach is equal parts strategy, creativity, organization, and people. She knows the magic audiences experience is powered by hundreds of moving pieces behind the scenes. Her job is to make those pieces come together so seamlessly that no one ever sees the chaos. Calm under pressure, quick on her feet, and always ready with a Plan B and probably a Plan C, Arneece keeps the vision bold and the details tight.
Beyond her work, Arneece is passionate about storytelling, entrepreneurship, community, and creating opportunities for others. She believes the best creative work should do more than look good. It should make people feel something, create an experience, and leave behind a story worth remembering.
For Arneece, “Find a Way or Make One” is more than a Clark Atlanta motto. It is pretty much the job description.
